Luc Bessin:   Passionate about art and painting but also an airline pilot, Luc Bessin has seen the world for 30 years through the flight director (horizontal and vertical lines intersecting on an artificial horizon). It is this steering instrument that continues to guide it today, like a vector. He reinvents pointillism by transforming the pilot's horizon line into a constellation of pixels which deconstruct and then reconstitute the portraits to better bring out the soul of the models and enhance their aura. His vision, which he created under the name Straight Art ©, is a nod to Street art, like a geometric, mathematical and binary vision of reality. In the age of artificial intelligence, of excessive digitization, Luc Bessin wished to return to the essence of the human being by refocusing on emotion and on the viewer. By playing with the luminosity, the facial features are contrasted to let the emotion live.

KDOM's last book (Olivia Koudrine) was released on May 12, 2021.
Intimate, fierce and funny story of a twenty-year-old girl, "The Beaten Man" is the story of an ordinary family.
An authoritarian and manipulative mother, a weak and withdrawn father… Justine delves into her memories and tries to find her place in a world of pretense, stupefied by the ready to think. Surprising, elusive, endearing, the young woman embodies, without claiming it and perhaps without knowing it, the figure of an enlightened feminism.Olivia Koudrine has published two plays, Prélude (2007) and Le Garrot du silence (2009) with L'Œil du Prince editions, and, at seeks noon, Barby Blue (2013), La Serpente (2015), as well as De Cinq à Sept (2018) which is the subject of a film adaptation.Discover his paintings on our site: ActOnArt
