Amélie Barthélemy:
“Nature offers me its strength and protection, it questions my presence in the world. I question precious and fragile places: seeds, grass in the ditch, twilight. I create cocoons, nests, shells, bulbs and notched envelopes. They are materials to nourish an interior walk. "

In the studio, misty landscapes, endless lines, forms of hatching slowly take shape. These fragile expressions are ways to listen to the world and allow time to unfold. “In the bushes and weeds, I look for the rhythm of the light, the tremors. Extreme scales mingle, universes intertwine - grass, rocks, moors, hedges… I train myself to be attentive to these fragilities.
